About
Nice to meet you, I'm Chase. My goals are simple: to produce stories that are worth sharing; drive social media engagement through effective use of contemporary digital mediums, and through relevant, targeted messaging; and develop strong working relationships, value energetic collaboration, and create a fun work environment while getting work done. As a skilled video producer with a throughout understanding of audio, video, lighting, and editing equipment and systems, I bring expertise in marketing, public relations, internal communications, branded content, web development, social media, and digital production.
My career began in the Disney Parks Communications, Public Relations and Public Affairs departments (on both the East and West coasts) where I produced video content for Disney corporate citizenship media channels. After an internship in the corporate communications offices at Walt Disney International, then an agency job in digital production, I decided to jump into the health care industry, where I now lead enterprise-wide projects in the creative department at UnitedHealth Group, the world’s largest managed health organization. Notable projects I've worked on include the opening of Shanghai Disney Resort, DisneyLife's Original series On the Lot, and Optum's How Well Gets Done with PGA Professional Rory McIlroy, and more. In early 2019, I was invited to join the board of directors for e3kids international, a non-profit focused on ending the cycle of poverty in developing countries by deploying and promoting a rich set of values, volunteers and partnerships. Thanks for visiting, Chase |
Ten promises I uphold:
- Be.
- Stay healthy.
- Maintain ethical standards over all else.
- Create safety and awareness wherever I go.
- Lead with a strong heart.
- Operate from a position of strength.
- Inspire creativity in myself and others.
- Model active engagement and proactivity.
- Support, and accept support.
- Never be outworked.
Feel free to reach out and ask why I've chosen these carefully selected values to represent how I conduct myself wherever I go.
During my internship with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts in Florida, my leader, Erik, celebrated his five-year anniversary with The Walt Disney Company. Though, all of his work happens behind the scenes. So, to make his day special, I surprised Erik with an opportunity to deliver 5 Fastpasses (one for each year of service) to unassuming Walt Disney World guests of his choosing, allowing him to personally "make magic" onstage in his favorite theme park, Disney's Animal Kingdom.
Recognizing hard work is important, but most of all, fun.

One of my proudest honors was graduating as the "Outstanding Contributor for Converged Media and Interactive Design" in the Class of 2017 at James Madison University (JMU). As an avid outdoorsman and conservationist, I decided that it would be fitting to create a memory in the Shenandoah National Park, located only a few minutes away from the school. Tennis shoes required.
Creative storytelling takes knowing, understanding, planning, metrics...
...and love.
My goal is know my audience, understand the messaging goal, and nail down on planning before starting any project.
These are the few key steps I take to provide a powerful presence, a deliberate stance, and a unparalleled relationship with the people viewing and interacting with my content. Then, I review the viewership and organic impact metrics, and make adjustments to understand how and why an audience responded accordingly.
I differential myself by viewing my work as a holistic communications process, rather than simply content production.

My critical trade secrets, revealed...
I'm an authentic and open communicator seeking out other people with a passion for storytelling.
Every person that I've worked with will testify that I've done what they've expected, and much more. But don't want to take my word for it. See what industry professionals had to say by visiting my "recommendations" page.
My secret lies within my ability to have real conversations that tackle the tough questions and help answer the needs of my clients and organizations. But more importantly, I understand the importance of being a superb listener and servant-leader. That isn't always what the creative industry is all about, but I hope to change that. Trying to do the impossible is fun and all, but openly communicating with others, and level-heading myself with the work has helped me make a positive impact.
Lastly, I will never be outworked.
