influencing a visit to The UPS Store.

The UPS Store wanted to celebrate the vibrant contribution of the AAPI-owned small businesses community.

So, we built a custom AR experience to bring Stevie Shao’s commissioned artwork to life at select stores nationwide.

I produced the interactive experience with BUCK, utilizing a creative production tech team from within the AAPI community.

The UPS envelope print mechanicals contained custom art by popular artist, Stevie Shao, that we used as a starting point for expanding the AR scene.

Above are process character animation tests showing different rest states, gestures, and emotes for the tiger. The tiger uses one of these randomized states within the experience.

The storefront poster cling design with QR code led to an animated routing screen, including a surprise coupon.

Here’s testing the experience on an actual store location prior to our paid promo video and influencer filming.
