Chase is an extremely creative and driven individual and would be an incredible asset to any organization. He is a very quick learner. He never backed away from a challenge and was always eager to try new things. He was also not afraid to challenge the status quo and his creativity also extended to finding new solutions to old problems. We work in a very fast paced environment with short deadlines and quick turnaround times. Chase immediately got up to speed, and as a manager, I was thankful to have Chase as a part of the team because I not only valued his creativity, but I also witnessed his influence elevate the level of creativity I saw from the other team members as well.
Our team works with the highest levels of executives at the company as well as external stakeholders. Due to Chase’s professionalism we were quickly able to use him to handle projects where executives and stakeholders were involved without concern. Chase was also able to handle quick turnarounds and high profile projects without issue. In particular, he edited a local commercial we produced to promote a series of summer celebrations the company was putting on for the local community. Due to the high profile nature of the content and it being released to an external audience, Chase had to work through various levels of approvals and respond to changes immediately. He handled it well and was able to get the project out on time and exceeded the expectations of the team.
